2014: Competed at the Duquesne Duals (8/30) and ran a 22:27.0 for a 67th place finish.Â
High School: Two-time Lehigh Valley Interscholastic Athletic Conference (LVIAC) All-Star for cross country...placed 27th in state cross country meet as a junior, clocking a 19:16...member of second place district squad in AA Division in 2012...also earned four letters in track and field... chose La Salle over Loyola University Maryland, Itacha, Catholic University, Elon and Coastal Carolina.Â
