2012: NCAA Championships qualifier...USTFCCCA All-Academic nod...Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area selection...Atlantic 10 Cross Country Performer of the Week (10/2)...finished her campaign with a 21:04.7 (6K) at the NCAA Championships (11/17), finishing 148th of 253...placed second at the A-10 Cross  Country Championships (10/27), earning All-Conference status; ran a 17:03.3 (5K) en route to the silver medal...came in second at the Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/9), notching a 20:23 (6K) to earn NCAA Championships qualification...annihilated the competition at the George Mason Invitational (9/29), posting a 20:44.8 (5870m); finished 1:21 ahead of second place runner...came in 33rd at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (10/12), registering a 20:20 (5K )...claimed first prize at the Main Line Invitational (9/20), clocking a 16:16.30 (3 mile run)...paced the Blue and Gold in their opening meet with a first place finish (14:37, 4K) at the La Salle-Penn Dual Meet (9/7)

2011: Finished second at the Navy Invitational with a time of  22:05.18....helped lead the Explorers to an Atlantic 10 Conference Championship....finished in 7th place with a time of 17:47 at A-10's (10/29)...earned All-Conference honors

2010: Crossed the finish line at 21:32 for 28th place at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals, her best finish of the season to earn NCAA All-Region honors (11/13)...clocked a 24:10 at the Paul Short Invitational (10/1)...ran a 24:30.5 in the women's 6k individual race at the Indiana State Pre-National Invitational (10/16)...placed in the top 40 at the Atlantic 10 Championships by covering the course in 18:28 (10/30).

High School: Placed 2nd at the NJSIAA Group 2 Championships...ran for 13th place at the NJISAA Meet of Champions...competed in the Foot Locker Northeast Regional, finishing 25th.
