2020 Outdoor: NCAA season canceled.

2020 Indoor: Started season by running 3,000 meters in 11:50.13 at Robert Elkin Invitational (1/10)… Crossed 3K in 11:41.70 at Patriot Games (1/25)… Trimmed 3K time down to 11:24.95 at UAlbany Winter Classic (2/7)… Posted a season-best 3K time of 11:07.45 for 30th/56 at Fastrack National Invite (2/14).

2019 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Ran 3,000 meters at Penn Challenge (3/23) and Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20)… Competed in 5,000 meters at Fred Hardy Invitational (3/29), George Mason Spring Invitational (4/13) and A-10 Championships (5/5).
 
2019 Indoor: Strictly ran the 3,000 meters… Finished 21st out of 41 runners in 3K at Fastrack National Invite in 11:10.52 (2/8)… Competed in 3,000 meters at A-10 Championships (2/23).

2018 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Ran the 3,000 meters in 11:39.38 at Penn Challenge (3/24)… Finished 11th in 3,000 meters with season-best time of 11:36.98 at Fred Hardy Invitational (3/30-31).

2018 Indoor: Began season at Mike Massone Invitational, finishing sixth in 3,000 meters with time of 12:16.44 (1/12)… Posted time of 12:00.38 in 3,000 meters at Covert Classic (1/27).

2017 Outdoor: Opened the season with a 5:32.45 time in the 800m event at the Stony Brook Season Opener… Threw a 6.81m hurl in the javelin throw at Stony Brook… Season best came at the Lehigh Games after she clocked a time of 5:21.37 in the 1500m event.

2017 Indoor: Did not appear in any meets.

Background: Ran for Lancaster Catholic in Lancaster, Pa….cross country team captain her junior and senior years…medaled in Districts for cross country…received a medal in the L-L league for cross country…earned track and field medals for the 800m and 4x800m in the District 3 Championship in 2016…earned medals in the 3200m, 1600m and the 4x800m in the District 3 Championship in 2015…received 1^st Team All Star Award in L-L League junior year.

Personal: Parents are Tom and Ellen Tuzzino… Chose La Salle for its academics and Catholic setting… Major is Early Childhood Education and Special Education.
