2022 Outdoor
- Started the season at the Penn Challenge posting personal bests in both the long jump (4.98m) and the 200m (27.70)
- Continued on to the Big Five Meet recording a career-best mark of 1.50m in the high jump
- Logged a fifth-place finish in the 100m hurdles at the Rider Invitational with a time of 16.16
- Competed in the heptathlon at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships placing 15th while recording career-best marks in the 100m hurdles (15.87) and the javelin throw (24.17m)
- Named to Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll
2022 Indoor
- Kicked off the season at the Penn 10-Team Select participating in the 200m, 60m hurdles and the shot put. Recorded her highest finish in the shot put placing 10th with a distance of 7.24m
- Competed in the triple jump at the Great Dane Classic finishing 14th with a distance of 10.26m
- Logged three events at the Fastrack National Invite with her best finish being in the 60m hurdles placing ninth with a season-best time of 10.03
- Competed in the pentathlon at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships logging a 13th place finish setting career-best marks in both the 800m (2:43.56) and the shot put (7.26m)
- Also competed in the triple jump at the championships recording a season-high mark of 10.57m

- Competed in the long jump, javelin throw and 200-meter dash at Villanova Opener (3/19).

- Made La Salle debut at Haverford Holiday Meet with leap of 10.79 meters in triple jump while also competing in 4x200 relay (12/7)
- Won triple jump with mark of 10.64 meters while also jumping 4.47 meters in long jump and running 28.70 in 200 meters at Robert Elkin Invitational (1/10)
- Leapt 10.36 meters in triple jump and ran 200 meters in 28.57 at Patriot Games (1/24-25)
- Jumped 10.44 meters in triple jump at UAlbany Winter Classic (2/7)
- Improved triple jump mark to 10.65 meters at Fastrack National Invite (2/14)
- Posted season-best triple jump mark of 11.00 meters and ran in 4x400 relay at Atlantic 10 Championships (2/29-3/1)

- Recorded long jump PR of 17’3” and a triple jump PR of 37’9”
- Multiple PIAA State Championships qualifier in the 100m hurdles, triple jump and long jump
