Drew Young

Drew Young serves as the Chief Revenue Officer for La Salle University Athletics, where he is responsible for driving strategic growth through revenue generation, partnerships, and innovative marketing efforts. With extensive experience in the sports and college landscape, Young brings a wealth of expertise in corporate sponsorships, multimedia rights, NIL, and event activations to his role, positioning La Salle Athletics for sustained success. 

Prior to joining La Salle, Young held key leadership roles at renowned organizations such as Fox Sports College Properties/Playfly Sports, the Philadelphia Union (Major League Soccer), ESPN, and the Philadelphia Eagles. 

At Fox Sports College Properties/Playfly Sports, Young managed multimedia rights sales, revenue generation, partnership development, and activation for Villanova University. He oversaw a range of initiatives, including developing long-term strategic partnerships, executing integrated marketing platforms, and leading high-profile projects such as the naming rights to the Honda Concourse. His leadership helped achieve 155% revenue growth during his tenure, and he was also the executive producer for the Inside Villanova Basketball TV show. 

At the Philadelphia Union, Young was responsible for the oversight of sales, service, and marketing efforts for corporate sponsorships, premium seating, and suites, with a P&L budget responsibility totaling $13 million annually. He managed major relationships with partners such as adidas, Bimbo Bakeries, and TrueMark Financial Credit Union, and played a key role in the production and execution of events at Subaru Park, including NCAA Championships and concerts. 

During his time at ESPN, Young managed and executed numerous high-profile collegiate sporting events worldwide, including college football bowl games, college basketball events, and corporate partner programs. He led a team of 15 people, overseeing all aspects of event marketing, corporate partnerships, fan engagement, and media relations, reaching millions of viewers and attendees each year. 

At the Philadelphia Eagles, Young was instrumental in the successful opening of Lincoln Financial Field, managing the sales of premium sale revenue, which totaled over $60 million. He also developed and executed engaging events for premium clients, strengthening relationships and enhancing fan experiences. 
Earlier in his career, Young served as the Youth Sports Coordinator for Loudoun County Parks and Recreation, where he managed 25 youth sports leagues and developed a wide range of community engagement programs, serving over 25,000 participants. 

Young's diverse background and proven ability to drive revenue growth, forge strategic partnerships, and lead high-performing teams make him a key asset to the La Salle University Athletic department as it continues to elevate its programs and expand their reach.
