Jaleesa Lanier joined the La Salle athletic department in September 2025, serving as the Athletics Business Office Coordinator.
Lanier’s business background includes stints at Barclays Bank, Lincoln University, and Greater Shiloh Church.
Lanier was a standout on Lincoln’s women’s basketball team, serving as the Lions’ team captain. She was named a CIAA Post Graduate Scholarship Recipient and Lincoln’s Female Scholar Athlete of the Year for 2023-24 before finishing her athletic career at Winston-Salem.
Lanier earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Lincoln in 2024 and is currently pursuing her MBA at Winston-Salem.
