Jaleesa Lanier joined the La Salle athletic department in September 2025, serving as the Athletics Business Office Coordinator.
Lanier’s business background includes stints at Barclays Bank, Lincoln University, and Greater Shiloh Church.
Lanier was a standout on Lincoln’s women’s basketball team, serving as the Lions’ team captain. She was named a CIAA Post Graduate Scholarship Recipient, CIAA WBB Champion, and the two-time Female Scholar Athlete of the Year for 2022-2023 & 2023-24 at Lincoln before finishing her athletic career at Winston-Salem State University.
Lanier earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Lincoln in 2024 and her Masters of Business Administration from Winston-Salem State in 2026.
