Kayla Bock joined the La Salle athletic department in September 2025, serving as the Assistant Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Success.
Most recently, Bock served with the Big Ten Conference in Chicago as part of the Community & Impact team, where she had the privilege of supporting student-athletes in navigating life after sport while leading community programming initiatives across the country. Bock created and launched the inaugural Big Ten Jackie Robinson Community & Impact Award, recognizing student-athletes’ community service initiatives across all 18 conference institutions.
In July of 2023, Bock joined the Scott Field Project, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to serving Coatesville’s youth. As Chief Operating Officer, Bock led fundraising and outreach efforts to drive forward the “Legacy Phase” initiative—redesigning the community’s indoor training facility to expand opportunities for the next generation.
Bock was a standout outfielder at Rutgers, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Sport Management with a concentration in Sport Administration. While at Rutgers, she also served as President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and worked as an Executive Intern for the Athletics Marketing team.
