Killian Kueny joined the La Salle athletic department in 2023 as the Director of Athletic Administration & Marketing and was elevated to Assistant Athletic Director in October 2025.Â
In this role, Killian leads marketing strategy, creative, budget, and game-day promotions across 21 sports, oversees the hiring and onboarding for new Athletic Department Staff, and serves as the Sport Administrator for La Salle’s Spirit Squads: Cheer, Band and Dance. She also provides administrative guidance and support for the Athletic Director, the Athletic DEI Committee, and is the Staff Advisor for La Salle’s student section organization, The Olney Outlaws.Â
Prior to her arrival at 20th and Olney, Kueny served as the Coordinator, Internal Operations and Athletic Camps for the Villanova Wildcats. She oversaw all athletic camp operations and compliance, athletic facilities scheduling, Villanova’s annual online auction, and community relations/DEI efforts. Kueny was also the secondary Sport Administrator for Softball and worked for Playfly Sports Properties, supporting on-court basketball promotions and graphic design needs.
Between 2017-2021, Kueny worked at Princeton University in various roles. Primarily, Kueny oversaw the roll-out and compliance of the University’s Minors Policy, managed Sports Camps Operations, and authored the University’s weekly Regional and Community Affairs newsletter.Â
As a student-athlete, Kueny was a decorated member of the Dickinson College softball team, earning Easton/NFCA Softball All-America Scholar-Athlete honors and winning the Centennial Conference Championship in 2019.
Kueny graduated with a Master’s Degree in Strategic Communication at La Salle in 2025.
