La Salle University Athletics

Meghan Lyons joined the La Salle triathlon program in 2025 as a graduate assistant after an outstanding career as a rower with the La Salle women's rowing program. An honors student all four years with the Explorers, Lyons rowed in the Varsity 8+ throughout her career. In her final two seasons, Lyons led the team to new heights, including two of the best A-10 Championship in program history. She concluded her career as a recipient of the Atlantic 10 postgraduate scholarship.
