Following a four-year career playing at La Salle, Molly Masciantonio joined the La Salle women’s basketball staff in May 2026 as an assistant coach.
The Morton, PA native transferred to La Salle following spending her freshman season at Holy Family where she led the team in points, rebounds, steals, and blocks and was named the CACC Rookie of the Week twice.
Masciantonio scored 797 points in 110 games in an Explorers uniform. She led the team in minutes and assists for three straight seasons from 2021-24 while also serving as a team captain for the latter two. She also tied the all-time La Salle record for steals in a single game with nine at Saint Francis in 2021 and led the NCAA in assist/turnover ratio in 2022-23 (4.72).
While playing at 20th & Olney, Masciantonio graduated with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice in 2022 and an MBA in 2024.
