Ryan Anderson joined La Salle as an athletic trainer in August 2022. He is the primary athletic trainer for the men's basketball, women's rowing, and men's and women's golf teams.

Prior to La Salle, Anderson spent five seasons as an assistant athletic trainer for Temple University's football team, assisting with injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of student-athletes. As a graduate assistant athletic trainer at East Carolina University, Anderson gained experience working with the football, women's volleyball, and men's and women's swimming and diving teams. Anderson also served as an athletic training intern at the University of Mount Union, where he worked with the football, men's lacrosse, and women's softball teams.

Anderson graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2013 and a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Management in 2017 from East Carolina University. Anderson also obtained his Doctorate in Athletic Training from Temple University in the fall of 2023.

Anderson is a BOC-certified, PA-licensed athletic trainer and National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) member. He also holds credentials as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and Golf Fitness Specialist (GFS) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Additionally, Anderson is HawkGrips Level I & II certified and an American Red Cross Instructor.
