Ryan McClure returned to La Salle in October 2025 as the Equipment Coordinator and was quickly promoted to Equipment Manager in February 2026.
Before arriving at La Salle, McClure was the Equipment Operations Intern for the University of Pennsylvania. At Penn, McClure supported over 200 student-athletes through equipment management, laundry operations, inventory organization, and game/travel preparation.
In the summer of 2024, McClure interned for the facilities department at La Salle, where he prepared athletic spaces, assisted with event setup and breakdown, and improved facility readiness for student-athletes.
McClure graduated from Temple University in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Recreation Management.
While at Temple, he was a member of the gameday staff for the Philadelphia Union, where I worked in a variety of positions around the stadium, including team liaison, photo marshal, esports hub supervisor, stretcher crew, and ball retriever.
He was also a member of the Rock Climbing Wall Staff with Temple University Campus Recreation.
