Shawn McCourt joined the La Salle men's soccer staff as a volunteer assistant coach for the team in the fall of 2025.
Prior to joining La Salle, McCourt coached at the MLS Next Sporting Athletic Club and the Girls Academy since 2023. Before that, he also coached the Philadelphia Union Youth Academy from 2022 to 2023. McCourt also has collegiate soccer experience, playing for Tiffin University from 2020-21, Stockton University from 2021-22, and Goldey-Beacom College from 2024-25.
A 2025 graduate of Goldey-Beacom College with a BS in Business Administration and a concentration in Financial Management, McCourt possesses a German UEFA B License and US Soccer "D" License.
