Tiffany Coll

Tiffany Coll joined the La Salle women's basketball staff as an assistant coach in 2025. Coll joins the Explorers after spending 11 seasons at American University, including the last three as head coach of the Eagles. A detail-oriented teacher and developer of talent, Coll brings a comprehensive, player-first approach to the Explorers’ program.

Prior to joining La Salle, Coll spent 12 seasons at American University, where she helped guide the Eagles to three Patriot League Tournament titles, three NCAA Tournament appearances (2015, 2018, 2022), and multiple WNIT berths. As Associate Head Coach, she recruited and developed 27 All-Conference players, including Players of the Year, Defensive Players of the Year, and Academic All-Americans, while serving as the program’s liaison to Compliance and Admissions. Elevated to head coach in 2022, she led all aspects of the program while coaching All-League, All-Defensive, and All-Rookie honorees and consistently producing Patriot League Academic Honor Roll selections and CoSIDA Academic All-District recipients.

Coll’s Division I stops also include St. John's, Towson, Lehigh, and the United States Naval Academy, where she served as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator, building nationally competitive rosters and contributing to championship-level success and NCAA Tournament runs. Before beginning her coaching career, Coll enjoyed a professional playing career in Europe with stops in Wales, Holland, Germany, and Portugal, competing in EuroCup and top domestic leagues. She holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies (Issues in Athletic Administration) from UMBC, where she played on a four-year athletic scholarship, and an M.A. in Sociology from St. John’s University. She is an active member of the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA).
