La Salle University Athletics

Krystle Higgins was named the Associate Athletic Director for Business, Strategy & Analytics/Senior Woman Administrator at La Salle University, joining the Athletic Department in January of 2024. She will have oversight for budget, business operations and finance, purchasing and other key administrative areas within the department. She will provide administrative guidance and support for the Women’s Soccer program, Women’s Lacrosse program and newly added NCAA Emerging Sport, Women’s Triathlon. 

Prior to arriving at La Salle, Higgins served as the Assistant Athletic Director for Strategy & Finance at Villanova University (2021-2024), Assistant Athletic Director for Budget at Howard University (2019-2021) and Business Coordinator at American University (2017-2019). She sat on the UNITAS Executive Leadership team, which led the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts for the department and was also secondary sport administrator for Women’s Volleyball.  

Higgins earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a minor in Human Development from Boston College. While at BC, she was a 4-year starter and two-time co-captain on the volleyball team. Higgins also earned her M.P.S in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University.
