PHILADELPHIA - The women's swimming & diving team has been selected to finish fourth in the Atlantic 10 in 2012, as announced by the conference today.

The Explorers return a core group of swimmers from last season's team that finished fourth in the A-10.

The women also welcome a large freshman class that should make immediate contributions.

Winning last year's A-10 title, Richmond, has been tabbed the preseason No. 1.

The squad will open its 2011-12 season by hosting Villanova on October 21 at 4:00 p.m.  Check GoExplorers.com for a video season preview feature next week.
