PHILADELPHIA - The La Salle women's basketball team, 68-62 winners over Fordham earlier this month, kicks off February with a chance to sweep the Rams as the Explorers visit Rose Hill Gym on Wednesday for a noon tipoff.

Brittany Wilson scored 31 points in that win over the Rams back on Jan. 11. The Explorers are now 33-8 all-time over the Rams.

Scouting the Explorers (9-12, 3-3 Atlantic 10)...

The Explorers are coming off of a tough 75-57 loss to St. Bonaventure on Saturday. The Bonnies entered the contest just two out of the national Top 25. Jada Payne led the squad in scoring for the third straight game, netting 11. Nadia Duncan and Alexis Scott chipped in 10 apiece.

Payne is averaging 17.7 points in the last three contests, with 18 at Charlotte, 24 at Richmond and the 11 against the Bonnies. She is up to 9.2 ppg on the season while chipping in 4.1 rebounds per contest.

Wilson continues to lead the Explorers in scoring, averaging 14.0 overall and 17.2 in Atlantic 10 play. Scott adds 12.8 per contest.

Ruvanna Campbell pulls down a team-best 8.1 rebounds per game and her 34 blocks is three shy of breaking the all-time single-season freshman record.

Scouting the Rams (11-11, 2-5 Atlantic 10)...

The Rams are coming in to Wednesday's game following a thrilling 56-54 win over Massachusetts thanks to an Emily Tapio layup with just two seconds remaining. The squad also owns a 69-49 win over Rhode Island for their other league win of the season, sandwiched around losses to Saint Joseph's, Dayton and Charlotte.

The scoring duo of Arielle Collins and Becky Peters leads the Rams, as they average 11.0 points each. Abigail Corning adds 9.9 points per game and Charlotte Stoddart pulls down a team-best 6.5 boards.
