MAYAGUEZ, PUERTO RICO - The La Salle swimming & diving team continues its 10-day training trip to Puerto Rico, conducting its workouts at a facility on the campus of the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez.
 
The state-of-the-art outdoor swim center features a 10 lane 50-meter pool with an 8 lane 25m pool, as well as a diving well with 1m, 3m, 5m, 7m, and 10m platforms.
 
The weather has been excellent all week, featuring cloudless skies and temperatures in the mid-80s, and conducive to hard, two-a-day workouts in the pool.

The Explorers have been staying in accomodations several miles away in Rincon.
 
The squad will continue training in Puerto Rico until January 11.  It will have a quick turnaround before its next meet, which is the Rhode Island Invitational on January 13-14.
