PHILADELPHIA – Pam Mancini and Anthony Giacometti have been added to the Athletic Development staff at La Salle, Director of Athletic Development Jim Gulick announced today.

“We are thrilled to have Pam and Anthony complete our Athletic Development team,” Gulick said. “Both of them have demonstrated they are high energy people who are organized and extremely enthusiastic about La Salle University and our Explorer athletic program. 

“In addition, they have established a strong track record of collaboration and customer service that our alumni, friends and families will surely appreciate.”

Mancini has spent the last two years in the Athletic Business office at La Salle, serving as the department's ticket coordinator. In her new role as Assistant Director of Athletic Development, Mancini will be spearheading alumni relations efforts in conjunction with Gulick and the rest of the development staff.

Mancini graduated from La Salle in '07 with a degree in sociology and is currently pursuing her master's in communication.

Giacometti graduated from La Salle in '11 with a degree in communication and was immediately hired as a graduate assistant in the Athletic Development office upon his graduation. His role within the department has been made permanent as an Athletic Development Assistant, working on special events and projects as well as alumni communication efforts.

Giacometti served a number of rules in the University's athletic department as an undergraduate intern. He is currently pursuing a master's in communication at the University.
