Friday's match marks the final time that five La Salle seniors will hit the hardwood in their college careers. Senior
Samantha Tulskie has recorded 15 double-doubles this season, the second-most in the Atlantic 10. In addition, her 4.28 digs/set ranks fifth in the conference while classmate
Breanna Mazalewski ranks seventh (4.22 digs/set) in that category. The Explorers remain sixth in the A-10 in digs/set as a team, coming in at 15.64.
Scouting the Owls
Temple split with Butler and St. Louis last weekend are battling for a berth in the A-10 playoffs. Junior outside hitter Elyse Burkett leads the conference in double-doubles with 16 and paces the Owls with 3.88 kills/set, good for fourth in the A-10. Senior libero Chelsea Tupuola is the conference leader in digs/set (5.27), including a career-high 39 in Temple's victory over Saint Louis last weekend. Sophomore setter Tiffany Connatser has registered 10.89 assists/set, ranking second in the conference and 43
rd nationally.
