Shane Petrellis (0-5) suffered the loss after allowing three earned runs in four innings. Sophomore
Dominic Sgroi gave up an earned run in 2.2 innings of relief and freshman
Mike McLeod pitched the final four outs without allowing a run.
West Virginia (21-31) took advantage of two La Salle errors in the second to score three runs and never looked back.
Bargeron threw a complete game, allowing one earned run and striking out four. He improves to 2-2.
Billy Fleming and Alan Filuaro each had two hits for WVU.
La Salle (20-30) will wrap up its season by hosting Dayton for a three-game series beginning on Thursday at 3 PM.
