KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – La Salle swimmers Dave Derr and Johan Roth tested their skills against some of the nation's stiffest competition on Friday morning at the AT&T Winter National Championships. Derr swam in the 100-yard backstroke while Roth competed in the 100-yard breaststroke.

Derr posted a 46^th place (65-swimmer field) finish in the 100-yard backstroke, touching the wall at 50.42. Roth registered a 56.66 in the 100-yard breaststroke, coming in 46^th of 62.

La Salle is one of only three Atlantic 10 programs to send performers to the championships.
