BOSTON, Mass. - La Salle's 4x800m relay team crossed the finish line first in prelims on Saturday at the IC4A Championships. Brett Shepherd, Sean Mallon, Wayne Bartholomew, and Paul Reilly combined to clock a 7:30.44, less than three seconds shy of the school record.

The Explorers' distance medley relay placed third in prelims with a 9:58.76, anchored by senior Alredo Santana.

Three Explorers competed individually in the 800m run, with Wayne Bartholomew clocking the 10th-best time among all runners (1:52.08). The time marked his best finish of the indoor season. Paul Reilly crossed the finish line 14th among the field (1:52.45) while Brett Shepherd came in 24th (1:53.31, PR).

Kevin Day competed in the one mile run and clocked a 4:13.11 (PR), good for 24th.
