The La Salle baseball team will host Big 5 and Atlantic 10 rival Saint Joseph's for a three-game series this weekend. The Explorers enter the weekend 6-7 in conference play, good for seventh while the Hawks come in at 10-4 as they sit in second.
NOTE: Friday's 3:00 PM game is the last of the Spring T-Shirt Series promotion presented by the Philly Pretzel Factory. Students who attend Friday's ballgame have a chance to win a free t-shirt and all students will receive a free soft pretzel.

The Hawks used five first inning runs to provide the spark as they won the tournament for the second time in three years. The Explorers reached the LBC Championship game for the first time since 2006, when they took home the trophy.
