PRINCETON, N.J. - The La Salle men's 4x800 meter relay team took the top time on Saturday at the IC4A Championships in preliminary action. The quartet of Alfredo Santana, Chris Trimble, Nick Ross, and Chris Sanders combined to clock a 7:30.64. The event final will be held on Sunday afternoon.

Two weeks ago, the 4x800m relay team won its fifth consecutive Atlantic 10 title at the conference championships, notching a 7:36.99. 

Vince Perozze ran a 3:55.26 in the 1500m run on Saturday, coming in fifth in his heat and 21st overall.
