SOMERS, Wisc.- The La Salle men's swimming and diving team was named No. 11 on a list of the most improved teams in college swimming this season, according to www.collegeswimming.com..

The Explorers are 4-0 in dual meets this season, swept a tri-meet with Delaware and Rider in November and placed third at the Bucknell Invitational. 

"Our men's team has been growing stronger over the past few years due to the quality of the people on our team now and before," said head coach Matt Nunnally. "We have a strong tradition here at La Salle and it is great to be noticed by collegeswimming.com."

Both the men's and women's swimming teams return to action later this month as they visit Fordham for a meet on January 17.
