A pair of women finished in the top 7 of the 200 yard IM. Junior Eva Marie Østerhus was first to the wall with a time of 2:07.38 for fourth place in the 52 women field. Close behind was sophomore
Emma Smith who touched in seventh place with a time of 2:09.03 which was a season-best for her. Sophomores
Hannah Elliott (13
th place, 2:11.12) and
Danielle Thomas (19
th place, 2:13.45) also swam in the event.

Freshman
Olivia DiStefano was first to the wall out of seven La Salle swimmers entered in the 50 yard freestyle race. DiStefano swam a 23.97 for fourth place, just .43 seconds off the race winner. Close behind was junior
Kaitlyn Hay who swam a 24.08 for sixth place. Junior
Tanawan Sukonthapanich and sophomore
Natalie Simunek tied for 12
th place with times of 24.80. Sophomores
Rory Kearns (23
rd, 25.38) and
Alison McDonough (31
st, 25.63) as well as junior
Julia Mann (32
nd, 25.75) also swam in the event.

Hayley Miles turned in the top La Salle time in the 500 yard freestyle race as she finished in 10
th place in the 52 women field. Miles swam a season-best time of 5:11.46 in the race. Close behind was freshman
Shannon Battis in 17
th place with a time of 5:16.75 while classmate
Siobhan McDonough swam a 5:27.94 for 26
th place.

The 200 medley relay team finished in second place of ten schools thanks to a time of 1:47.51. The team of DiStefano, Koelsch, Østerhus and Hay was just 2.29 seconds behind Cornell who won the event.Â
