PHILADELPHIA – La Salle redshirt sophomore guard Jordan Price (Decatur, Ga. / SW DeKalb / Auburn) has been named to the All-Atlantic 10 Second Team in voting conducted by the league's head coaches, it was announced today by the league office. Price leads the Explorers and is second in the conference in scoring at 17.3 ppg.
 
Price's recognition marks the fourth straight year a men's basketball player has been named to the All-A-10 team. The Decatur, Ga. native becomes the first Explorer sophomore to earn all-A-10 honors since Steven Smith was named Third Team All-A-10 in 2004.
 
The guard leads the team in minutes per game (31.9), three-point field goals (66), assists (72) and free throw percentage (.801). He ranks third in the A-10 in free throw percentage and seventh in three-point field goals/game.
 
Price was named the Atlantic 10 Player of the Week twice this season.
 
The Explorers (16-15) will take on Massachusetts on Thursday at noon in the Atlantic 10 Second Round. The game will be televised nationally on NBC Sports Network.
