Cameron Johnson has hit safely in 14 straight games. The senior is 23-for-62 (.371) during that stretch with seven extra-base hits and 14 RBI's.

Justin Korenblatt had a strong weekend at the plate, going 4-for-11 (.364) with three RBI's. The senior has hit safely in nine of ten games this season, and leads the club with a .372 average (16-for-43).

Josh Savakinus is tied for 50th in the country with five doubles through ten games.

Adam Cherry has two saves this season, making 10 for his career. The redshirt senior is now just one shy of tying Chris Seiler and Jeff La Porta for fourth place on the all-time list.
Scouting the Bulldogs-Asheville has won three of four games after starting the season 2-5, and is coming off an 8-6 win over East Tennessee State on Wednesday.
-The Bulldogs have limited opponents to just 10 earned runs in their five wins this season, and have won four games by two runs or less.
-Lefty Lucas Clarke has been excellent this season, allowing just 15 hits and nine in 18.1 innings this season. The junior is 1-1 with a 1.96 ERA in three starts.
-Lucas Owens is hitting .438 (14-for-32) with a homer and seven RBI's. Paced by Owens, Asheville has four players batting over .300 in Joe Tietjen (.325), Kyle Towles (.317) and Tommy Houmard (.310).
