PHILADELPHIA - The women's varsity four was the lone boat in action this weekend, competing at the annual Kelly Cup Regatta against city foes on the Schuylkill River.

The V4 finished sixth in its race with a time of 8:18.05. Saint Joseph's won in 7:40.02, followed by Temple (7:47.12), Villanova (7:56.12), Drexel (7:59.81) and Philly U (8:02.67). The boat was coxed by Katie Reyes, and rowed by Katie Van Stone (stroke), Brooke Spence (3), Savannah Fader (2) and Amanda Ryan (bow).

The women's rowing team is in action this weekend at the Atlantic 10 Championship on the Cooper River in Pennsauken, N.J.
