Men's Swimming and Diving | April 20, 2015

PHILADELPHIA – La Salle senior Stefan Sharpe has been named to the Philadelphia Inquirer Men's Swimming & Diving Academic All-Area team, it was announced Monday.
 
Sharpe maintained a 3.80 GPA as an accounting major while swimming freestyle for the Explorers.  A native of Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, Sharpe won the 500-yard freestyle against Villanova and finished 11^th in the 1,650-yard event at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
 
The team is nominated and voted on by the sports information offices of the 29 area institutions from the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
