Lock Haven's Alyscia Smith scored two minutes after half-time after a scramble in front of the cage for the contest's only goal.
La Salle was able to up the pressure in the second half, as it recorded six of its seven shots in the second half as well as all five of its penalty corners. The Bald Eagles (8-2, 1-2 A-10) held a 9-7 advantage in shots and an 11-5 lead in penalty corners.
Paige Stuppy did not make a save for LHU.
The Explorers (2-6, 0-2 A-10) return to action on Sunday as they welcome Saint Louis for a noon start.
