Freshman
Karl Harris played with great energy, scoring a career-high eight points and added six assists in 24 minutes.
Fordham center Ryan Rhoomes had 25 points and a career-high 18 rebounds to lead the hosts, while Anwoine Anderson added 11 points and nine assists.
The Explorers held the lead for most of the second half, extending the advantage to as many as six at 51-45 with 9:11 to play. Fordham chipped away with Rhoomes doing most of the damage, scoring seven straight points during a 9-2 run that gave the Maroon and White the lead.

Johnnie Shuler three from the top of the key gave the Explorers the lead at 56-54 with 4:17 to play. It would be the final time La Salle was on top. The Rams went on a 7-0 run and never looked back.
The Explorers fought back, and a Price three-pointer cut the deficit to 63-61 with 14 seconds left. Fordham made its final three free throws in the closing seconds and La Salle was unable to convert.
The Blue and Gold are back at Gola Arena on Saturday to host #25 Dayton at 2 PM.
