GENEVA, Ohio - The La Salle men's swimming and diving team sits in third place after the second day of the Atlantic 10 Swimming and Diving Championships.

Johan Roth and junior
Jerry Gravel tied for third place in the 200 yard IM finals thanks to both swimming a time of 1:49.69. Junior
Cameron Fadley had the top time in the consolation finals with a 1:49.98 for ninth place in the event and sophomore
Fabian Bergman finished in 15
th with a time of 1:52.66. The Explorers walked away with 42 team points from the event.

Mattias Glenesk finished in eighth place in the 500 yard freestyle finals thanks to a time of 4:31.88. The eighth place finish earned 11 points for the Explorers towards the team score.

Strahinja Stankovic tied for 14
th place in the consolation finals of the 50 yard freestyle. Stankovic swam a 2093 which was just .32 seconds off the top time in the consolation finals.

Jonathan Cabral, sophomore
Jakub Bartosiewicz and Roth finished in seventh place in the 200 freestyle relay with a time of 1:22.94 in the event.

La Salle has 177.5 points after two days of the championship. The Explorers are just 9.5 points behind St. Bonaventure for second place.
