PHILADELPHIA - The La Salle men's soccer team hosts George Washington in an Atlantic 10 Conference game on Wednesday night at McCarthy Stadium. The Explorers recently fell in double-overtime to the Rhode Island Rams over the weekend. Despite losing the game, the Explorers pounded the Rams in shots and shots on goal, winning both categories convincingly. La Salle is due to convert some of these scoring chances sooner or later, and the Explorers' hope is that they come sooner. In fact, La Salle is second in the conference in total shots with 157. The Colonials, on the other hand, average the least amount of shots per game in the A-10.
