LEWISBURG, Pa. - The women's swimming and diving team finished up the Bucknell Invite on Sunday. The Explorers finished sixth out of eight teams.

The Bucknell Invitational is a great opportunity to measure where we are as a team," said head coach Jamie Platt. "I think we are in a good place. Technically, we must do better -- and we will. We now move into our next training phase with a focus on what needs to be improved upon. With these athletes and coaching staff, I know we can collectively continue to create a memorable season."

Junior swimmer Olivia DiStefano placed 10th in a tight 100 free. In the race, first place and 12th place were separated by less than a second. 

Sophomore Emily Wolbert placed sixth in the 200 fly, clocking in at 2:05.04.

Collin Kessinger took eighth in the 200 breast (2:22.27). 

The Explorers travel across town to Penn on Tuesday to conclude the first part of their season.
