PHILADELPHIA – The La Salle baseball team is set for its last road trip prior to its home opener this season. The Explorers will first travel to Lehigh in the first round of the Liberty Bell Classic before going to Fordham for a three-game Atlantic 10 series this weekend. The team's first home games will come next week, starting with the second round of the Liberty Bell Classic on Tuesday afternoon. The Explorers will then host Delaware State on Wednesday and a three-game A-10 series against Davidson starting on Friday.
Austin Constantini was a standout last week, going 6-for-11 at the plate during the weekend series with VCU. He also threw 1.2 innings of scoreless relief during the series.
Ben Faso had at least one hit in every game last week, highlighted by a 3-for-4 game against VCU on Friday.

Scouting the Mountain Hawks
- Lehigh swept NJIT this past weekend in a four-game home series
- Anthony Rinaldi leads the team in hitting with a .352 average through the Mountain Hawks' first 19 games of the season. Rinaldi has 11 extra base hits including two home runs this season
- Jacen Nalesnik also provides some of the offensive's fire power, tying for a team-high with five home runs
Scouting the Rams
- The Rams have won five of their last seven games and carry a 5-1 record at home this season
- Luke Stampfl leads the team in hitting with a .351 average to go along with three home runs and five doubles
- Jimmy Murphy has been one of the team's most impressive starting pitchers this season, gathering a 3.31 ERA and striking out 36 batters through 32.2 innings
