PHILADELPHIA - The La Salle Baseball team will be welcoming St. Bonaventure to Hank DeVincent Field this weekend for a three-game Atlantic 10 series beginning on Friday. Luckily for both teams and spectators alike, the weather is supposed to be in the 80's and sunny on Friday and Saturday before cooling off a bit on Sunday.
The Explorers have won two of their last four games and have four wins at home this season. Freshman
Matt Holt, who is expected to draw a start on Friday, was recently named the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week for the second time in three weeks. Holt threw seven innings in La Salle's win over Penn in the Liberty Bell Classic Championship and then appeared in relief later in the week, tossing 1.1 scoreless innings against UMass. Junior
Austin Constantini typically leads off for the Explorers and is batting a team-high .314 this season.
