PHILADELPHIA – The La Salle softball team (20-24) clinched their first 20-win season since 2008 with a 3-2 win over the Rider Broncs (6-40) on Wednesday afternoon at West Campus Field.

Reilly Gearhart (W, 6-10) didn't issue a walk in her sixth complete game of the season, limiting the Broncs to two runs on six hits while fanning four.
Mackenzie Obert scored the go-ahead run in the 4
th inning after singling, stealing and scoring on a pair of Rider throwing errors.

La Salle hosts Fordham this weekend for the final league series of the season. Senior Day ceremonies are set for before Saturday's doubleheader.
