PHILADELPHIA - The La Salle men's soccer team has now won four straight matches dating back to September 9. In the last four games, the Explorers have out-scored their opponents 9-2. Part of that success is due to the play of goalkeeper
Mark Tobin who has won back-to-back nods as the Soccer Six Player of the Week. Last week, Tobin notched two wins and his second career shutout in matches against Penn and Hartwick. In the latter match,
Johnny Ciarlante scored with just under three minutes left in regulation to give La Salle the 2-1 win. The Explorers are now second in the Atlantic 10 in scoring with 16 goals in eight games. Redshirt senior
Matt Robinson in fourth in the conference in points with 11.
