STATE COLLEGE, Pa. - The men's and women's diving teams wrapped up the first day of the Penn State Diving Invite in State College. The yearly invite includes divers from Penn State, Drexel, and Loyola.

In the women's event, Sydney Szopo held first place in the three meter dive. Szopo, a senior, scored 247.15. Her teammate, Julie DaMore, was sixth with a 199.25.

For the men, senior Dylan Yurasits was second in the one meter dive. Yurasits' score showed a 294.70. Sophomore Blake Griffith was sixth with a 264.

The Penn State Diving Invite concludes on Sunday.
