PHILADELPHIA - The La Salle University men's soccer team concluded the 2018 season with Senior Day on a rainy Saturday evening, falling to Fordham, 3-0. La Salle honored seniors Garrett Keys, Cameron Keys, Jake Saba, Hayden Criollo, Mathias Patino, Dave Bateman and Mateo Castro Arias prior to the contest.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The two teams started slowly as the rain became a significant factor in the match, making it difficult for either squad to manage their offense.
• Fordham began to find its groove in the 25th minute, however, on a goal by Sameer Fathazada. The Rams then made it a 2-0 game on a goal by Janos Loebe in the 40th minute.
• La Salle couldn't quite establish its offense, and Fordham tacked on a penalty kick goal in the 90th minute to close it out.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS

• Senior goalkeeper Cameron Keys made seven saves in his final game as an Explorer.
• Criollo managed a shot on goal, as La Salle registered six shots, while Fordham totaled 14 shots.
