PHILADELPHIA - La Salle University men's swimmer Zack Wolbert was named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week, it was announced by the league on Tuesday. Wolbert won three individual events and was part of a fourth win at the Atlantic 10 Classic in Geneva, Ohio over the weekend.

Wolbert earned the most points of any individual at the meet and led La Salle to a 2-1 weekend, earning wins over St. Bonaventure and Saint Louis. The East Stroudsburg, Pa., native won the 200 individual medley with a time of 1:52.67, the 400 individual medley with a time of 4:04.23 and the 200 butterfly with a time of 1:51.58. He was also a member of the 400 freestyle relay that took first place.

The Explorers continue their season on Wednesday, Nov. 7 against Penn at Kirk Pool, beginning at 6:00 p.m.
