PHILADELPHIA – The La Salle University men's soccer team will return home to host George Mason for an Atlantic 10 Conference match on Wednesday from McCarthy Stadium at 7 p.m.
 
ANDBERG EARNS SOCCER SIX ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

• Freshman Fridtjof Andberg was named Philadelphia Soccer Six Rookie of the Week on Monday.
• Andberg recorded his first collegiate goal and assist against Saint Louis on Saturday.

LAST TIME OUT

• The Explorers fell at Saint Louis on Saturday, 4-2, despite holding leads of 1-0 and 2-1 early on.
• Freshman Sam DeCencio tallied his first career goal in the 10th minute to put the Explorers on the board first.
• Andberg then netted his first goal in the 23rd minute to put La Salle up, 2-1.
• Saint Louis tied it up in the 69th minute and later put the game away with tallies in the 83rd and 90th minutes.
• Senior goalkeeper Cameron Keys made a career-high nine saves for the Explorers.

SCOUTING THE PATRIOTS

• George Mason stands at 3-5 overall and 1-1 in the Atlantic 10.
• The Patriots are 0-3 on the road this season, falling at Massachusetts on Saturday, 2-0.
• Tunde Akinlosotu leads the team with 10 points on four goals and two assists, followed by Colin Brezniak, who has three goals and three assists.
• Between the pipes, Clark Gronek leads the way with a 1.79 goals against average, a .633 save percentage and two shutouts.
