PHILADELPHIA - La Salle men's soccer head coach Rob Irvine has announced spring dates for the Blue and Gold Soccer Academy one-day camps.

"We've been able to add a selection of dates which will fit prospects' club and academic commitments," Irvine stated. "Because our camps have a limited capacity, we are able to provide a meaningful playing and recruiting experience for all players."
 

Blue and Gold Soccer Academy Spring One-Day Camp dates
Sunday, April 8th from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM at La Salle University (McCarthy Stadium)
Sunday, June 10th from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM at La Salle University (McCarthy Stadium)

Blue and Gold Soccer Academy one-day camps provide valuable insight into the expectations and requirements needed to play at the college level. Players will experience the rhythm of a college training session from a technical, tactical, and physical perspective. During the Sports Performance Seminar, participants will learn about various nutrition and recovery strategies employed throughout the season.
