PHILADELPHIA - The La Salle women's water polo team will travel for three more MAAC games this weekend, taking on two ranked opponents including No. 24 Marist on ESPN3.
The game against Marist will begin at 10:30 AM on Saturday and will kick off the MAAC weekend in Pouchkeepsie, New York.
La Salle will also take on VMI on Saturday evening at 6:00 PM. They'll finish up the weekend on Sunday with No. 17 Wagner at 1:30 PM.
The Explorers offense has been led by freshman
Jillian Delisle, who was recently named the Explorer of the Week. Delisle has 22 goals and seven assists (both team-highs).
Stephanie Morales and
Karle Linden each have 12 goals.
In net,
Jenny Fermaintt has 58 saves and typically splits time with
Giselle Monsalve who has 29 stops this year.
Katelynn Kubo leads the team in steals with 21.
Madison Martinez and Delisle have 18 each.
