COACH'S THOUGHTS
- Head coach Jamie Platt gave his thoughts on how the opening weekend went, saying: "I am very pleased how the athletes responded to a new challenge. Traditionally, we are just training at this time of year, so to get up and compete against other teams created a unique opportunity for our teams. We can now take what we learned from this experience and have a few more training weeks until we get into a busy competition schedule. We have plenty of work left to do, but our starting point excites me as to where we can go!"
UP NEXT
- The Explorers will be back in action on the 25th for an away meet at Drexel beginning at 5 p.m.
