Women's Swimming and Diving | November 26, 2019

PHILADELPHIA – Women's swimming & diving fell to Villanova 187-106 on Tuesday. La Salle was led by sophomore Phoebe Shaya, who took first in both of her events on the boards.

MEET NOTES

• Shaya recorded 271.35 points in the 3-meter dive and 255.98 points in the 1-meter.
• Rookie highlight: Freshman Lauren Fenn placed second in the 100 Back with a time of 59.52.
• The other second-place result for the women came via senior Carrie Horan, who touched in 2:30.80 in the 200 Breast.
• The Explorers top team result came in the 200 Free Relay, where sophomores Anne Moser, Sarah Wyant and Sara Rizzetto and freshman Brynn Peterson clocked 1:40.26.

UP NEXT

• The final meet of the Fall semester will take place in Lewisburg. La Salle competes in the Bucknell Invitational from December 6th to 8th.
