#4 Women’s Soccer Ends Season at the Hands of #1 Saint Louis in A-10 Semifinal Match

ST. LOUIS – In a hard-fought game, the #4 La Salle women's soccer team (11-8-1) concludes its season in the Atlantic 10 Semifinals after falling to #1 Saint Louis (16-3-2) on Friday afternoon, 1-0.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED:
  • During the 27th minute, Courtney Reimer scored a header goal just past the diving hands of junior Claudia Jenkins.
 
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
  • Jenkins recorded three saves on 17 shots faced.
  • La Salle had two shots on net, but A-10 All-Conference First Team goalkeeper Mary Niehaus made both saves.
