PRINCETON, N.J. - Junior Darian Alston was victorious in the triple jump as the La Salle University men's track and field team partook in Princeton's Sam Howell Invitational on Saturday.

WHERE THEY FINISHED

• Alston won the triple jump with a leap of 14.99 meters (49'2.25"). He also placed seventh in the long jump with a mark of 6.62 meters on his first attempt.
• Junior Ache Hall placed third in the 110-meter hurdles with a personal best time of 14.62 seconds. Hall and sophomore Dylan Burnett both finished second in their respective first round heats. Burnett finished sixth in the finals in 15.14 seconds. Hall was also 11th in the 400-meter hurdles in 56.57.
• Sophomore Dennis Manyeah tied for fourth in the high jump, posting a leap of 1.98 meters (6'6").
• Ryan James placed ninth among 32 finishers in the 5,000 meters with a mark of 14:39.71. Senior Isaiah Akil finished 18th among 28 finishers in the 400 meters, running in 50.92.
